9 months * Lancaster Child Photograpy

Meet the adorable Miss Abbi.  She was a delightful 9 month old with adorable baby rolls and beautiful blue eyes!   I had such a good time with her and her mommy. We took some pictures inside and then found a lovely spot outside.   Little Abbi did great!  9 months is such a fun age to...

I love the outdoors shots – that pathway is so cute! The last photo is stunning too…what a great location.

Baby Boy * Lancaster Newborn Photogaphy

Meet sweet little Brayden.  He was such a sleepy little guy.   His poor mommy and daddy were exhausted though.  My noise machine has a tendency to put daddies to sleep.  I always feel bad when I have to wake them up for a shot! :)

Circle of Life

I was outside weeding yesterday, when Savannah (our 4 year old), comes running over to me.  “Mommy, Mommy – Kiwi (our cat) is getting a baby bunny!”  She points to a bush in our yard, and as I push the branches aside, I see a little baby bunny huddled inside.    Out of my two...

Such a tender heart. . . and such a sad situation. We love her dearly!

Oh, how sad…. poor girl.

Oh, that is so tough. I was heartbroken for her when I read this and saw her face. I went through a similar situation with my son when he was 4. He found a baby bird that fell from it’s nest, and we put it in a box. After 2 days we thought it would be ok but on the third day we woke up to find that he didn’t make it. My son was so upset and the tears came like a waterfall. Even though it broke my heart I tried to also look at it as a positive learning experience that all kids have to go through at some point, especially if they have pets.

OMG, that is so sad. I’m sitting here with tears in my eyes just reading this! How sad for her! :(

[...] so very much.   You might remember a previous blog entry I posted about her and a little bunny (Circle of Life).   I think you really should go back and look at it again.  It is definitely a heart tugger!  [...]

Lancaster County Designer, Janell Almodovar

A few weeks ago I put a call out looking for names of talented small business owners who are from right here in Lancaster County.  It can be hard to make it as a small business, even if you have real talent and a quality product.   I think buying locally is such a fabulous way...

Sweet Pea * Lancaster Newborn Photography

This little doll is baby number three for this sweet family.  I was talking to mom about what life is like with three kids.  I distinctly remember when I had Ellie, my third, about 10 months ago – I kept thinking, “What did we do?!  I can’t handle this!”  It’s funny that this mommy had...
