It has been a while since Courtney and I have done a wedding, so we were excited to get together with Chris and Betsy for their engagement pictures. We had a gorgeous cloudy day and a great couple willing to try anything! I always love shooting in downtown Lititz – it has so many great places. Here are a few of my favorites from our session. Chris and Betsy, we can’t wait for the wedding!

We had a fun time with these two! We took these at one of Daniele’s favorite spots – Central Market in Lancaster. It’s a beautiful area with lovely, old architecture, cobblestone streets, fountains, and lots of fun little nooks and crannies.
Daniele was a little uncomfortable with having a camera (well, two cameras) pointed at her, but it was fun to see her and Brad start to relax and just enjoy being together. In fact, that’s one of the biggest reasons we do engagement sessions – it’s a time for us to get to know the couple better and to make them feel more comfortable in front of the camera – all preparation for their wedding day!

These two were a lot of fun! We walked all around Lancaster County Park looking for some fun spots – and they were great sports!
We will be photographing their wedding soon, so it was good to get to know them better. They seem very comfortable with each other, and very much in love.

Joe and Ashley couldn’t have picked a more beautiful place to have their engagement pictures done! It is Ashley’s childhood home – a beautiful farm with a lot of character. These two are so friendly and easy going – we were able to get some great shots! Here are a few of my favorites…
